Society of Emotional Intelligence is sharing Imprinted Wisdom on phone APP

Imprinted Wisdom

I’m excited about joining the Society of Emotional Intelligence and would like my fellow members to know that I’ve been a spiritual seeker for over twenty five years and an avid reader of many spiritual books and authors. I’ve learned and discovered many profound life lessons through my own experiences, some of which were profound and shattering but which taught me deeply. Recently I published an inspirational book about my experiences under the title Imprinted Wisdom: A Story of Faith and Survival to a Life of Peace, Understanding & Wonder, which has been described as the inspiring story of one woman’s path to healing and ultimately to God through prayer, the study of scripture, faith, and focusing on her own solid foundation learned through her parents’ powerful examples and wisdom. It’s meant to help any reader in need of encouragement in tough times and reminds us to look within to find God’s healing strength and love.

My hope is to share these ideas with fellow members so that they will be able to see their own blessings, to count more of them that they already have. Realize that your thoughts touch holy ground and that action with compassion for others will heal all of your sorrow. Prayer and giving more of everything than you take will transform your life. Know that the true spirit of God lies within your own heart.

As for my personal history, I grew up in Philadelphia with 16 brothers and sisters and loving, old-school Italian parents. My artist father’s works graced churches to public buildings and my mom was a full-time homemaker. As a professional hairdresser, I worked in various salons while studying the Bible and pursuing spiritual growth through courses, seminars, lectures and inspirational books, including A Course in Miracles and important books by Marianne Williamson among many others.

I’ve been an active member for 4 years on the Red Room Writing Society, and am a new member of the Society of Emotional Intelligence.
